“I’m proud to be part of a firm that does such beautiful, quality work that just thrills clients when they see the end product.”
Nancy’s time at the firm began three years after David Uihlein established it, when there were only five people. First serving as the receptionist, Nancy became business manager six months later. Although she manages essential matters like billing and the firm’s health care and retirement plans, Nancy is also a keeper of the firm’s culture, remembering birthdays and anniversaries, and helping to plan company-wide events. Working on the business side hasn’t stopped Nancy from pursuing her own interest in architecture, which dates from the time she was 10 years old. In fact, she attended the UW Milwaukee School of Architecture full time while working full time, and earned her B.S. degree.
