Founders Hall – Formerly the Liberal Arts Building, Founders Hall underwent extensive remodeling to accommodate a growing student population and changes in how students learn. Work included a new 13,000-square-foot infill space and renovation of over 50,000 square feet of existing building area. The completed project provides a new 500-seat La Verna Commons, a new servery, student program space, private meeting and dining rooms, a stage and a new logo store. Also included are a new student services main street, servant leadership center, consolidated campus administration and a central campus café.

Alexia Hall – Alexia Hall developed a formerly unused site area to connect two existing buildings and add 39,000 square feet of new program space to the Alverno Campus. The ground floor added new art classrooms, a dance studio, and new art gallery. The first floor also includes a high-fidelity nursing simulation and clinical nursing skills lab for the JoAnn McGrath School of Nursing. The second floor features six new classrooms with active learning technologies, meeting and breakout rooms and ample student study space.
